Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team based at our Luscombe Head Office.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll become part of a supportive and experienced Finance team within a stable global organisation. This role offers consistent hours, varied day-to-day responsibilities and the opportunity to build long-term job security with an industry leader.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments are processed accurately and on time while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor accounts





- Assisting with daily banking activities

- Preparing weekly payment runs for approval

- Reviewing manual entries prior to processing and payment

- Investigating and resolving supplier invoice and reconciliation queries

- Processing overseas supplier payments, including intercompany invoices

- Verifying supplier references and contractor compliance

- Assisting with internal and external audit requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy finance environment, values accuracy and consistency, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

- Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position

- Experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar

- Certificate IV in Business (desirable)

- Construction industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

- A reliable and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
