About the role

We are looking for a talented Senior Events Stylist to join the team at The Grounds. In this full time role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and executing visually stunning event experiences that captivate our clients and guests.

What you'll be doing

- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive and visually striking event designs

- Building strong client relationships to drive sales opportunities and contribute to achieving team revenue targets

- Sourcing and curating styling elements, furniture, and other materials to bring event concepts to life

- Overseeing the set-up and styling of events, ensuring attention to detail and a seamless execution

- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in event styling and design

- Providing creative input and recommendations to enhance the overall event experience

- Managing event styling budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions

- Collaborating with the wider events team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in event styling or a related field





- A keen eye for design, colour, and aesthetic trends

- Excellent creative problem-solving and conceptualisation skills

- Strong project management and organisational abilities

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and the events team

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Full availability weekends / public holidays is essential
