We have an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time, Customer Service Representative, located in Huntingwood, NSW. The role is 3 days per week: Monday to Thursday, flexible.

Duties:

- Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically

- Ensuring KPI’s and targets are met

- Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping

- Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

- Keeping in touch with existing customers, advising of product promotions and sales

- Providing administration support to the sales team

- Assisting in marketing activities

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service environment

- Previous experience in the pet, vet or animal industries advantageous





- Robust computer literacy

- Ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines

- High level of attention to detail

- Maintain a strong and positive ‘can do’ attitude

- High level of communication skills and rapport-building ability over the telephone

- Strong work ethic, integrity and service orientation

- Very driven and motivated
