Kailis is renowned for featuring the highest quality Australian South Sea pearls in contemporary and fresh jewellery designs. We are seeking a well presented, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join the team at our Broome Boutique.

The key areas of responsibility for the role include:

- Ability to create a warm luxurious experience with our customers, presenting the brand story, be knowledge about our products and points of difference.

- Work as part of a team to provide customers with a Kailis experience and be confident to close out sales to achieve targets.

- Be a team player and work in collegiate manner.

- Fully computer literate to be able to complete store administration and customer requirements.

Our Sales Associates should have the following skills and experience:

- Strong consumer sales experience, even if your experience is not necessarily retail or jewellery we can train in these areas.





- A can-do attitude for both our customers and other team members.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Able to quickly build relationships and rapport with people.

- Experience in working in administrative systems.

- Good eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.

- Passion for luxury brands and/or jewellery.

We are looking for candidates who have a natural cultural fit with our brand as we value teamwork, customer experience and ensuring our team is well supported to achieve their best.

The role is open to candidates seeking a full time role. We offer a balanced roster ensuring team members have consecutive days off, including 1 weekend day.
