- Open and/or close store, including cash reconciliation of registers.

- Correct processing of a sale in the POS (Point Of Sale) System.

- Correct and explicit explanation of the Loyalty Member program to customers.

- Deliver The Source Bulk Foods required customer service experience with every customer that enters the store.

- Liaise with the store manager regarding any customer issues or questions.

- Maintain excellent product knowledge.

- Undertake the store cleaning program to a high standard of efficiency and effectiveness.

- Receive stock deliveries, correctly label products, record on storage sheets and store products in the approved manner.

- Carry out the correct bin/bulk container refill procedures and maintenance programs.

- Constantly monitor the overall cleanliness and presentation of the store, including serving counter and storage areas.

- Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures.
