The Role:

- Preparing EDMs, digital ads and marketing collateral
- Supporting marketing for developments, projects and property listings
- Managing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Create content and campaigns that generate real commercial results
- Assisting with property launches, VIP and buyer events
- Using AI and new marketing technology to create better content
- Bringing fresh ideas and keeping across digital and social trend
- Creating content for WeChat, RedNote/Xiaohongshu and Chinese audiences

About You:





- We’re looking for someone who is creative, ambitious and commercially minded
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese
- Strong professional English
- Ideally 1+ year of property or real estate experience
- A passion for social media, content and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Chinese and Australian audiences
- A proactive attitude and willingness to try new ideas
