Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality beverages and smooth operations in a dynamic setting? Do you have maintenance experience and enjoy contributing to venue presentation? We're looking for a dedicated Cellar & Maintenance Officer to support our two venues and play a key role in maintaining our standards. This is a predominately Monday to Friday role

Key Responsibilities:

- Cellar Management: Maintain and manage the cellar, ensuring beer line cleanliness, stock management, and overall beverage quality.

- Venue Maintenance: Implement and oversee maintenance programs to keep venues safe, clean, and well-maintained.

- Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering to meet demand. Current program: Senpos

- Bar & Event Support: Assist with bar operations and support setup/breakdown for functions and events as needed.

- Facility Upkeep: Address maintenance issues promptly to ensure the venues remain in top condition.

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in cellar management or bar maintenance (preferred)

- Ability to manage general maintenance tasks and coordinate maintenance schedules





- Physical fitness for duties that include heavy lifting

- Robust attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety

- Basic computer skills, Microsoft suite, Senpos

- Team player with the ability to work independently

- Flexibility to assist with event setups and breakdowns

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
