About the Role

As a Test and Validation Team Lead you will lead our Test and Validation team within the Products Group ensuring that all Motium’s Products and Parts are thoroughly tested, validated, and proven to meet functional, quality, customer and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the Product Managers, Compliance team and Design Engineers. You will define, plan, and oversee testing activities that validate product performance against internal specifications, customer expectations, and relevant international standards. You will identify, investigate, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues, helping to ensure successful product releases and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the internal laboratory, including its equipment, processes, procedures and testing capabilities.

What Are We Looking For?

To be successful in this role you will have fantastic problem-solving skills, a strong eye for detail and:

- Qualifications in electronic engineering or equivalent.

- Demonstrated experience in testing and validating electronics products.

- Able to work with design engineers to develop custom test fixtures.





- Good understanding of general computing concepts.

- Ability to read, interpret, and validate technical test reports from accredited laboratories.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues, identifying root causes, drive effective resolutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

It will be great if you also have:

- Leadership and team management experience.

- Experience working with accredited testing and certification laboratories.

- Experience reviewing product validation test reports.

- Experience managing or supporting a laboratory setting, including test equipment and assets.

- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for quality, reliability and product excellence.
