As Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our iconic cellar door, supporting the Venue Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive operational excellence and lead a passionate team in one of Tasmania's premier tourism destinations

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operation of the cellar door and visitor experience.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to cellar door team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Assist with rostering, staffing requirements and labour planning to support operational needs and budgets.
- Facilitate engaging wine tastings and promote the Devil's Corner wine portfolio and visitor experiences.
- Support stock control processes, including ordering, receiving and inventory management.
- Assist with trade visits, events and on-site experiences, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain high presentation, safety and operational standards across the site.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, guests and on-site partners.
- Support reporting requirements including visitation, customer spend and database growth

About You

- Proven experience leading or supervising teams within hospitality,



tourism, wine, events or other customer-focused environments.
- Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building genuine connections with guests.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when required.
- A genuine interest in wine, tourism and regional hospitality.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and booking or point-of-sale systems.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence, RSA and First Aid Certificate.
