This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent Property graduate, final-year Property student, or an ambitious individual looking to launch a career in commercial real estate. Working alongside some of the industry's leading Industrial & Logistics sales professionals, you will gain invaluable exposure to the commercial sales market while developing your analytical and market research skills. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining property and client databases and delivering accurate market intelligence that contributes to the team's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
- Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
- Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
- Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
- Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
- Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Property, business, commerce or related degree qualifications (completed or currently undertaking final year) preferred.
- Experience in a similar support role within the Property/Real Estate sector is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
