About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our Oxley facility in Queensland. This is a hands-on position within our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operation, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day activities that keep our warehouse running smoothly, contributing directly to the success of our logistics and distribution network. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Oxley QLD 4075 location.

What you'll be doing

- Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods and shipments into the warehouse management system

- Picking and preparing pallet orders for dispatch in accordance with customer specifications

- Organising and maintaining stock in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and systematically

- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently

- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records

- Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards





- Following standard operating procedures and company policies at all times

- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required to support business operations

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution setting

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly, including lifting heavy items

- Forklift licence essential

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A commitment to health and safety practices and compliance with workplace procedures

- Reliability and punctuality

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
