Our services include in-home care, personal care, nursing care, palliative care, dementia support and other tailored services designed around the individual needs, goals and preferences of the people we support.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Compliance Officer to join our growing team.
About Call on Clare & the Role

- Our Services: In-home care, personal care, nursing, palliative care, dementia support and tailored care services.
- The Role: Join our growing team as an experienced Compliance Officer, reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Key Focus: Oversee incidents, complaints, feedback, reportable incidents and quality concerns across NDIS and Aged Care services.
- Compliance: Support compliance with NDIS, Aged Care, Support at Home, SIRS, SSR and relevant legislation and policies.
- Impact: Strengthen quality, safety, safeguarding and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities
- Incident Management: Assess, investigate, report and manage incidents, risks and follow-up actions.
- Complaints & Feedback: Manage complaints, coordinate resolutions, maintain registers and monitor trends.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor NDIS and Aged Care compliance, conduct audits, manage registers and support continuous improvement.
- Training & Staff Support: Provide compliance guidance,
support safeguarding practices and deliver staff training.
About you
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience: Experienced in compliance, quality, risk or governance within care services.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care requirements.
- Incident & Complaints: Experienced in managing incidents, complaints, investigations and safeguarding matters.
- Risk & Compliance: Skilled in risk management, restrictive practices, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Strong analytical, reporting, organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
- Leadership & Support: Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement, coach staff and deliver training.
- Care Focus: Committed to quality, safety, accountability and person-centred care.
- Industry Experience: NDIS, disability, aged care, home care or community care experience highly regarded.
- Licence: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
