Contract Administrator required- Industrial Builder Developer- $130k- 140k+super

Your New Company

My client is an established property development group, with strong backing from Funds Management Groups. They are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of industrial projects. With decades of experience and with a 5 year pipeline of projects- this is a fantastic prospect.

Delivering their own projects, the role is arguably an easier and nicer side of construction- no more fighting with external clients on every different project.
One of the biggest selling points is their focus on retention; "we have so much work on, we cant afford to burn people out."

Having placed 3 people here in last 18 months- feedback has been excellent on stress levels and burnout.

Your New Role

2 roles
Salary based-
$120- 135k+super
Immediate start- $50-70/hour+ super

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of their own industrial / business parks.





What you'll need to succeed

- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or other construction related Degree
- 5 years as a CA for an industrial builder
- Experience working on industrial projects
- Able to be based in their office North Melbourne
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
