Forte Lift Services is looking for an elevator fitter preferably with previous lift experience to join our team. We have been in business for 35 years, and due to unprecedented sales we are seeking to expand our installation team.

The fitter will be responsible for equipment to be installed assuring the highest standards of quality and safety within construction sites - generally across the greater metropolitan Melbourne region.

This role is based off EBA rates and conditions including provisions for Protect, Coinvest, Fares, Site Allowances, Double time for overtime - amongst other great work and pay conditions.

Daily tasks involve:




- Carry out new lift installations on construction sites in their entirety
- Ensure that the technical aspects of the specification and requirements for new installations have been met and are maintained
- Liaise with site supervisors, builders, subcontractors and others as appropriate
- Carry out work in accordance with time schedules, and in a skilled manner

Requirements:
- Excellent mechanical aptitude

- Ability to work overtime where required

- Previous elevator installation experience with demonstrated knowledge to install all components of a project
