As we continue to evolve and expand, we’re looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our amazing production teams. This is a great prospect to be part of a modern food manufacturing environment, operating high-speed equipment and working alongside a dedicated team to produce ready-made meals for major retail and food brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of your line and keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery at full capacity

- Performing machine start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers

- Adjusting settings, changing tools, and optimising performance

- Troubleshooting faults before escalating to maintenance

- Completing quality checks (metal detection, weights, seals, gas checks)

- Maintaining GMP standards and ensuring food safety compliance

- Working closely with production, QA and maintenance teams

What You Bring

- Experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing

- Confidence with machine start-ups, changeovers and troubleshooting

- Understanding of quality checks and food safety (GMP, HACCP)

- Ability to read and follow SOPs / work instructions

- Robust attention to detail and safety mindset

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

- Basic computer skills (MES or similar systems preferred)

- Full Australian working rights
