About The Role

n

Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering a broad range of preventative and reactive maintenance services across commercial buildings and facilities throughout Canberra.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- General building repairs and maintenance
n
- Carpentry, painting, patching and finishing works
n
- Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
n
- Basic HVAC and building services maintenance
n
- Ceiling tile replacement and door hardware repairs
n
- Routine site inspections and fault identification
n
- Troubleshooting building maintenance issues
n




- Assisting with equipment and furniture relocations
n
- Responding to maintenance requests and breakdowns
n
- Maintaining safe work practices at all times
n

About You

n

We're looking for a practical, motivated qualified who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

n

To Be Successful, You Will Have

n

n
- Australian Citizenship
n
- A trade qualification or strong trade background
n
- Experience in commercial facilities or building maintenance
n
- Your own tools
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n

Security Clearance Requirements

n

Candidates with any of the following will be highly regarded:

n

- Current NV1 Security Clearance
n
- Current Baseline Security Clearance
n
- Expired NV1 or Baseline Clearance (eligible for reactivation)
n
