What You'll Be Doing

n

- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of property managers to hit performance targets and deliver exceptional service
n
- Managing your own portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, from leasing through to renewals and everything in between
n
- Overseeing routine and entry/exit inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals across the department
n
- Handling escalated tenancy issues, arrears management, and tribunal matters with confidence
n
- Driving department processes and systems to keep things running smoothly under pressure
n




- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and internal sales teams
n
- Reporting on portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth
