We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our business and lead the South Australian Operations and Field Teams.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this is a senior leadership role that would see the successful candidate responsible for managing the South Australian business.

You will work closely with our Operations Team and our Field Teams to coordinate jobs, support clients, and ensure traffic management is delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will work within the Senior Management Team to capitalize on opportunities, promote the business, enhance the staff base and ensure profitability from the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train and mentor the Operations Team




- Work within our client base to assist in guidance & advice on traffic control requirements
- Assist the Operations Team in the effective management of the day to day Field Team roster
- Arrange permits and ensure compliance with authorities
- Attend site meetings with clients and project teams
- Conduct site visits and field audits to maintain safety standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond to enquiries
- Work within the Senior Management Team to ensure profitability of the business
- Attend industry and stakeholder events

Skills & Experience

- Traffic Management industry experience
- Experience as an Operations Manager or senior role within Traffic Management or related industries
- Solid understanding of traffic control operations and safety requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- A can-do attitude and strong team mindset
- Personnel mentorship and the ability to manage a diverse team

Required (or Willing to Obtain)

- Traffic Control & Implement Traffic Management tickets
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence
