Asset Management Planner

Narre Warren

$53 per hour + Super

Full-Time Hours | 4-Week Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Planner to support a local council's Asset Planning team on a short-term assignment based in Narre Warren.

This role will assist with asset management planning, data analysis and reporting across a range of council infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Council's Asset Management Framework and related planning activities.
- Assist with asset lifecycle planning and condition assessment programs.
- Analyse asset data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain asset registers and improve data accuracy.
- Respond to asset-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with long-term asset and capital planning initiatives.

About You

- Experience in Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of asset management principles and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Local Government experience is highly regarded.
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in Asset Management or Engineering.

Requirements

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
