- Extensive experience with software installation and platform administration, specifically SAS Viya 4 on Azure and SAS 9.4.
n
- Experience migrating from SAS 9.4 to SAS Viya 4.
n
- Extensive experience with applying patches, upgrades, and hotfixes to SAS Viya/SAS 9.4 components with minimal downtime.
n
- Experience with DevSecOps pipelines using Terraform, Jenkins, BitBucket, JFrog Artifactory, GitHub Actions.
n
- Experience with SAS Viya CLI and API.
n
- Experience working with Snowflake and automate deployment using pipelines
n
- Experience in deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Service.
n
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues across SAS Viya application, container, and infrastructure layers.
n
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, monitoring, automated governance, and compliance of SAS Viya 4 Platform.
n
- Experience working with Azure services – ADLSGen2, Azure NetApp Files, Azure File Premiums, Azure PostgreSQL Flexible.
n
- Experience in managing user access, authentication, authorization, and RBAC/SCIM integration with enterprise identity providers (OIDC, SAML, LDAP,



Entra ID, SailPoint).
n
- Experience with integration of SAS Viya 4 with other enterprise systems and data sources.
n
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Control-M and LSF
n
- Exposure to change/rele ase management processes in large organisations
n
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
n
- Background in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira / Confluence) with ability to collaborate with delivery teams and successfully execute CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
n
- Experience in environments with a focus on security, risk, and compliance.
n
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
n
- Knowledge of Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model.
n
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud network security and data protection best practices.
n
- Passion for becoming a leader in your technical domain expertise area.
n
- Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, processes, and tools in a cloud-based environment, ideally Microsoft Azure.
