About the Role

n

Seeking an experienced Test Lead / Business Analyst to support a D365 ERP implementation covering modules such as sales, supply chain and finance. This is a hands‐on, dual role, which will see you working as a conduit between the technical and non‐technical.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Analysisn n
- Requiremensts gathering and workshopping

- Process mapping - Current v future state
n

- Coordinate and drive UAT execution across multiple business streams.
n
- Lead and support business SMEs through the testing process with a patient, hands‐on approach.
n
- Progressively take over responsibility from the current Test Lead.
n
- Own the end‐to‐end defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, tracking and resolution.
n
- Liaise between business testers, technical teams and the implementation partner to ensure timely outcomes.
n
- Validate defect fixes prior to business re‐testing where required.
n
- Reporting & Governancen

n
- Review test sheets and evidence to ensure results are captured accurately.
n




- Collate testing outcomes and produce clear daily progress and defect reports.
n
- Track progress across UAT cycles and proactively identify risks and blockers.
n

About You

n

n
- Significant prior experience in Testing and Business Analysis
n
- Strong experience leading or managing UAT for ERP implementations
n
- Prior business analyst experience working across ERP implementations (preferably D365)
n
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience
n
- FMCG experience (preferred)
n
- Exposure to Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain and/or Finance processes (preferred)
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Confidence working with non‐technical business users, providing guidance and reassurance
n
