Trident Services Australia is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a major retail security contract in Adelaide. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and the public.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the in office security team, ensuring all contractual, operational and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coordinating daily security operations
- Managing rosters, payroll and team performance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures, WHS and emergency protocols
- Building strong relationships with centre management and key stakeholders
- Overseeing incident reporting, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are an experienced security leader who can confidently manage people, maintain strong client relationships and create a positive team culture while delivering operational excellence.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a security supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of crowd management, emergency response and South Australian security legislation
- Current South Australian Security Licence (Security Officer & Crowd Control)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Open Australian Driver Licence and unrestricted working rights
- Confidence using technology and incident management systems
