Site Manager – Luxury Residential

Lower North Shore | $12M Luxury Home | Monday–Friday | Up to $140K + Super

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a prestigious $12M luxury residential project in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong background in high‑end/luxury residential construction who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes, maintaining high standards and managing a quality project from start to completion.

The Role As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management and delivery of the project, including:

- Managing all site operations and construction activities
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Maintaining exceptional quality and finishing standards
- Managing site safety, program and daily construction activities
- Coordinating consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification
- Maintaining a clean,



organised and professional site
- Managing project documentation and reporting

About You You will be an experienced Site Manager with:

- Proven luxury/high‑end residential construction experience – essential
- Experience managing projects of $10M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
- A strong eye for detail and quality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to take ownership of the project and drive delivery
- Relevant construction qualifications and/or experience
