Job Description

Macmahon is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor for FIFO roles across open-cut mining sites in Australia. Lead maintenance crews, coordinate planned and unplanned activities, and mentor trades to uplift skills.

You'll work with contractors and internal stakeholders to meet safety and production targets in a agile mining environment. The role requires a trade certificate with 5+ years' experience, WA S26 competency, a current manual C class license, and strong leadership capabilities.
