What Could Your Role Look Like?

- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work for a diverse client portfolio
- Providing business advisory, taxation, and strategic advice to SMEs, family businesses, primary producers, and high-net-worth individuals
- Working directly with business owners to help them achieve their commercial and financial goals
- Building trusted client relationships and becoming a valued advisor
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and deliver value beyond compliance
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Reviewing work and providing technical guidance
- Managing client portfolios and overseeing team workflows
- Working collaboratively with specialists across the broader RSM network
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping grow the practice

About you

- Public practice accounting experience
- CA or CPA qualifications (or be working towards completion)
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
- Experience in business advisory and client relationship management
- A proactive, commercial and client-focused mindset




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for helping clients succeed
- Leadership experience or a desire to develop leadership capabilities
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
