About The Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager to join a busy community pharmacy servicing the Darling Downs region. This is a permanent opportunity for a reliable, positive and organised retail professional who can independently lead the front shop and take ownership of the day-to-day retail operations. You will play a key role in driving retail performance, supporting the pharmacy team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Leadership: Confident leading, training and supporting pharmacy retail staff.
- Retail Operations: Strong experience managing front-of-shop operations in a pharmacy environment.
- Merchandising: Experienced in merchandising and executing promotional campaigns.
- Stock Management: Confident with ordering, stock control and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Sales & KPIs: Comfortable monitoring sales performance and working towards KPIs.
- Rosters & Wages:



Understanding of staff rostering and wage management.
- Team Culture: Positive, proactive and committed to maintaining a solid team environment.

About The Location

Located in the Darling Downs region, this role offers an opportunity to work within a well-established community pharmacy serving the local area. Candidates based in Toowoomba or the wider Darling Downs region are welcome to apply if they are comfortable commuting to the pharmacy.

About The Offer

- Permanent, full-time position
- $70,000-$80,000 + superannuation
