I'm currently scheduling interviews for an ICU Registrar (Unaccredited) position at a regional hospital just 2h drive from Sydney.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for doctors looking to build strong Critical Care experience in a supportive workplace while living in one of the most beautiful regions in NSW.

Role Structure – Critical Care Rotation

n

n
- ICU – 6 months
n
- Anaesthetics – 3 months
n
- Emergency – 3 months
n

n

You will gain exposure to a wide range of procedures and clinical scenarios including:

n

n
- Advanced life support & resuscitation
n
- Arterial / central venous access
n
- Thoracotomy & emergency procedures
n
- Critical care patient management
n
- Multidisciplinary ICU care
n

n

Hospital Services

Hospital is the main acute care hospital for the region,



employing over 1,000 staff and providing:

- Emergency, medical, surgical & orthopaedic services
n
- ICU with high dependency and coronary care
n
- Children's Ward and Maternity Unit
n
- Regional Cancer Care Centre

- Sub-acute Mental Health Unit
n

The hospital is currently undergoing a $500 million redevelopment, expanding services and facilities.

Requirements

n

n
- MBBS or equivalent
n
- AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Medical Officer
n
