Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults (9–25) navigating life with a disability. The role covers diverse settings and prioritises family collaboration, achieving education and life goals, and ongoing professional development.

The position offers full time or 4-days-per-week part-time arrangements, with strong emphasis on mentoring, supervision, and a values-driven culture.
