Dispatch / Warehouse Operator – Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch / Warehouse Operator to join our team at our High Wycombe facility.

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in our finished goods warehouse, helping ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately to our customers.

This role involves a combination of forklift work, order picking, dispatch preparation,



and general warehouse organisation, keeping your day varied and active.

- Receiving incoming stock and unloading deliveries
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Wrapping and strapping pallets ready for transport
- Loading outbound deliveries using a forklift
- Maintaining accurate stock storage and organisation
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
- Completing dispatch documentation and paperwork
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and secure

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, and enjoys working in a warehouse environment.

Highly Regarded

- Valid LF Forklift Licence
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Previous experience in warehousing or dispatch
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for warehouse paperwork
- Ability to work independently and within a team
