Maxlife Care seeks an Area Manager to provide operational leadership across five to six SIL homes on the North Coast, Newcastle, Belmont, Charlestown and Edgworth. You will oversee five to six SIL houses with 12–14 clients, lead Team Leaders, and ensure services meet NDIS standards while maintaining solid participant and family engagement.

You will drive quality, safeguard compliance and service improvements across sites, with one day per week from home.
