As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our National Operations & Maintenance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance professional who enjoys planning, asset management, data analysis and working collaboratively with operational teams to maximise reliability and performance across a diverse portfolio of water treatment assets.
About the Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving Osmoflo's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring efficient maintenance planning, scheduling and reporting across company-owned, client-owned and rental assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining preventative maintenance plans and schedules
- Managing work order planning, backlog reviews and scheduling activities
- Supporting Service Technicians in the effective use of the CMMS
- Establishing and maintaining asset registers and maintenance strategies
- Monitoring statutory maintenance compliance and critical maintenance activities
- Producing maintenance performance reports and analytics
- Contributing to maintenance review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting CMMS implementation and optimisation projects
- Maintaining technical asset documentation and records
- Conducting site visits to assess asset condition and build relationships with operational teams
- Ensuring maintenance activities align with safety, quality and compliance requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential
- Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in preventative maintenance planning and scheduling
- Practical maintenance planning and maintenance delivery experience
- Experience preparing and maintaining maintenance plans and reports
- Ability to interpret technical equipment documentation and manufacturer recommendations
- Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills
- Knowledge of maintenance and asset management principles
- Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as required

- Trade qualification with significant post-trade experience
- Experience with ISO 55000 / ISO 55001 asset management systems
- Experience delivering CMMS training to operational personnel
- Experience in remote or regional operational environments
- Experience maintaining fixed plant assets and infrastructure
