You can visit your profile and change your settings by clicking on the Profile icon at the top right of your device.# CareersClinical Partner - Physiotherapy page is loaded## Clinical Partner - PhysiotherapyApplylocations: Hammondville, NSW: Penrithtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 16 Days Agojob requisition id: REQ2414# **Physiotherapist - what's involved in the role?**This is a 12 Month Mat Leave Cover Full-time role and looks after clients living in the Western Sydney Region, based in our Penrith Office location.**There is potential to stay on as a Full-Time Permanent employee after the 12 month contract.**As a Physiotherapist (Full-time) you'll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.* This is a fulfilling role where you'll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload.* The role will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based).* Delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and AHPRA.# **What do you need to apply?*** Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, including current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.

This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings, or both.* You're a strong communicator,
