Your Key Responsibilities

- Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy and flair
n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
n
- Deliver outstanding service across walk‐in, email, and phone enquiries
n
- Maximise every chance through upselling and cross‐selling
n
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
n
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend the perfect cruise
n

You'll Bring

n

n
- Proven customer service experience with exposure to sales targets
n
- Previous travel or cruise experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- GDS experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem‐solving skills
n
- The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Motivation, organisation, and a love of exceeding expectations
