About the Role:

- Lead and support the workshop team to achieve operational and performance targets
- Manage the daily workflow to ensure the workshop runs efficiently and effectively
- Drive sales performance and achieve agreed KPIs
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
- Use your automotive knowledge to provide customers with confidence in recommended products and services
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised workshop environment
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance System and company service standards

About You:

- Previous leadership experience within an automotive service or workshop workplace
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven focus on achieving results
- A proactive and reliable approach with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Automotive trade qualification preferred, but not essential
- Availability Monday to Friday plus alternating Saturday mornings
