Description

- Acting as the first point of contact for HR and ER matters on-site
n
- Develop, implement and review HR processes, procedures, to support the organisation
n
- Provide coaching, mentoring and training to Managers and Supervisors on performance, behaviour, engagement and HR practices
n
- Providing guidance on policies, processes and entitlements
n
- Supporting workforce planning and retention initiatives
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Operational Employees and Management Teams, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
n
- Managing workplace people issues including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other investigations, disciplinary matters as required
n

Profile

n

n
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Employee Relations OR equivalent experience
n
- Previous experience in a HR Advisory / HR Generalist role
n
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR practice and Fair Work / Industrial Relations frameworks
n
- Confident supporting leaders and resolving people matters
n
