Role Overview

As Bastion’s Corporate Brand Designer, you’ll work closely with our Brand Communications team to bring internal campaigns to life across multiple platforms — from concept through to execution. You’ll collaborate with of Head of Brand Communications and Brand Communications Executive to produce design solutions that are not only visually striking but strategically smart.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a creative environment that thrives on collaboration, big ideas and bold thinking.

- Support the development and execution of internal campaign across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Translate briefs into engaging, on-brand design solutions.
- Produce compelling visuals, layouts that bring ideas to life.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Produce compelling pitch and executive documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging technologies — including AI in creative design.
- Participate in client presentations and internal reviews with confidence and clarity.
- Act as the Bastion Brand Guardian ensuring that all assets leaving the agency have the same look and feel and adequately represent Bastion in market.





What You Bring

- Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 1-3 years of industry experience preferred, ideally withina creative agency or in a corporate branding role.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, creativity and attention to brand strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Willingness to use and/or learn HubSpot for company eDM communications.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint as a primary use (or Slides, or similar deck design experience)
- Strong skills in developing engaging content from existing assets and capturing new content at client and Bastion events for use across internal and external channels.
- Strong skills in typography, layout and visual identity design.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative.
- Calm and composed under pressure and adaptable to fast-changing project demands.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and brings energy to a creative group.
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver polished, professional work.
- Curious about AI and digital innovation in the creative process, with a willingness to explore new tools and techniques.
