What you’ll do:

- Engage with potential leads to assess their interest and eligibility for property investment
- Use market research and data to identify high-potential prospects
- Communicate effectively to understand clients’ investment goals and preferences
- Present tailored investment opportunities and explain their benefits
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks,



and opportunities within Australian real estate
- Collaborate with landowners, builders, and stakeholders to negotiate favourable terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
- Prepare and manage documentation during the pre-contract stage
- Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

What you'll need:

- MUST have experience in property analysis, market research, or real estate investment
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholders
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence in managing the end-to-end property investment process
