About The Prospect

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving our fixed plant and equipment throughout the materials recovery facility (MRF).

- Shift Details: 8‐hour Day Shift Monday to Friday, with prospect for overtime on Saturdays.
n
- Pay: $48.77 per hour plus overtime.
n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Preventative maintenance tasks and continuous improvement projects.
n
- Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response across site equipment.
n
- Welding, fabrication and boilermaking repairs as needed.
n
- Assisting with planning and prioritising daily maintenance activities.
n
- Supporting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
n




- Contributing to plant upgrades and reliability improvements.
n

What You Will Bring

n

n
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent).
n
- Dogman ticket (highly desirable).
n
- Forklift License (highly desirable).
n
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
n
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
n

n
