Wayflyer in Sydney is seeking a agile leader to shape our outbound BDR function. You’ll lead the Sydney BDR team, set strategy, and drive pipeline generation in a fast-paced startup environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll coach staff, ensure talented handoffs to AE, partner with Enablement on onboarding, and push for continuous sales ops improvements. This role offers hybrid work (3-4 days) and a chance to rise into broader sales leadership as the company expands.
