The Arnott's Group in Virginia, Queensland, is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor (HSE Lead) to partner with site leaders to build a proactive safety culture where every person goes home safely. You will guide health, safety and workplace activities and support compliance across the plant.

You will lead risk assessments, audits and investigations, deliver HSE training, and work with operations, maintenance and quality teams to improve safety outcomes.
