Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our Women's Health and ENT Unit at John Flynn Private Hospital.

In this leadership role, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care to women, newborns, children, and their families. Working closely with our Nurse Unit Manager and a highly skilled team of nurses, doctors, and support staff, you will contribute to excellent patient outcomes while fostering a positive, supportive and professional workplace culture.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will take on day-to-day clinical leadership responsibilities, support your colleagues in their professional growth, and be actively involved in problem-solving within the clinical setting.

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will be a dedicated and compassionate nurse with excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership.

n

You will also bring:

n

n
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
n
- Minimum of 2 years' specialty experience.
n
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications (highly regarded).
n
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
n
- A sound understanding of scope of practice in line with relevant registration requirements.
n

Remuneration

n

On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
