- Work with clinical, operational and technology teams to understand data needs and uncover insights
- Build dashboards, visualisations and reports to improve patient care and operational efficiency
- Assist with data modelling, forecasting and exploratory analysis for strategic decisions
- Clean, transform and analyse data from clinical and operational systems
- Support data quality, governance and documentation
- Provide first-level support to clinicians and operational staff using Home Hospital systems and devices
- Troubleshoot logins, connectivity, device setup and basic application issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical team members
- Maintain knowledge-base documentation and contribute to day‑to‑day technology operations

Requirements

- A recent degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- Successful completion of university‑level mathematics subjects across first, second and third year levels
- Solid analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
- Demonstrated programming experience in Python, R and/or SQL through university projects, internships or personal projects
- Ability to write, test and troubleshoot code independently
- Great communication skills and comfort working with non‑technical stakeholders




- Willingness to learn quickly and support the team, including help desk duties
- Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and using data to improve patient outcomes
- Academic transcript required with application
- List of all completed first, second and third year university mathematics subjects and final grades required
