Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre, part of YMCA Victoria, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, oversee recruitment, onboarding and rostering, and ensure daily centre operations meet safety and quality standards.

You will manage Health & Safety, Risk and Workplace, oversee maintenance and contractor relationships, and contribute to employee training and development.
