An excellent opportunity has become available to join this prominent Commercial Property Agency based in the Parramatta CBD.

To be the successful candidate for this role you must be a reliable, enthusiastic and mature minded individual. A high attention to detail, efficiency, eagerness to learn, strong communication skills and professionalism are all paramount in this role.

You will be assisting in the financial management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in accounts/finance or commercial property management.

Compiling tenant outgoings reconciliations and supporting documentation

Analyze and resolve tenant outgoings enquiries and contractor invoice enquiries

Updating tenancy schedules

Maintaining department schedules and processes





Assisting with adhoc accounting/administration functions within the department

Maintaining and updating department spreadsheets as required

4 day week 8.30am-5.30pm (days flexible)

Intermediate-Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must and Robust numeric skills. Ideally you will have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain.
