About The Role

Our team at Lifecare is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Physiotherapist to join us on a part time basis (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays). This role is open to new/upcoming graduates or experienced clinicians.

n

Lifecare Sylvania Heights Physiotherapy provides a varied caseload across life stages, from postnatal care to sports injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions. You'll be part of a team focused on personalised care and meaningful client outcomes.

n

You will be providing high-quality treatment to our patients to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes and work across a variety of case presentations and clients in our private practice. We value holistic, patient centred care whilst supporting our practitioners with professional development opportunities and a very well-structured mentorship program.

In this role you will be

n

n
- Assessing and diagnosing a variety of different musculoskeletal and/or sporting injuries
n
- Drawing on your clinical knowledge to create and implement appropriate treatment plans
n
- Providing the appropriate manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities as per the treatment plan
n
- Running group exercise classes
n
- Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals to help provide holistic care to patients
n
- Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports or treatment management plans to update referrers
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Professional registration with AHPRA
n
- Experience or interest in Musculoskeletal and/or Sports Physiotherapy
n
- Experience or training in Pilates (not essential but highly regarded)
n
- Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application
n
