What you’ll contribute to
We're looking for a proactive Fleet Reporting & Administration Coordinator to support the growth and success of Toyota's fleet business. You'll play an important role in coordinating fleet operations, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering outstanding experiences for our corporate, government and not-for-profit customers while contributing to key business and dealership objectives.
This is a permanent full time role based at Sydney Olympic Park.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate the end-to-end fleet ordering process for government and key fleet customers, ensuring seamless order management, vehicle allocation and on-time delivery.
- Drive sales and customer outcomes by supporting regional fleet sales initiatives, identifying dealer opportunities and helping optimise order-to-delivery performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and dealer network to ensure fleet plans, progress updates and key priorities are communicated effectively.
- Analyse performance data and market trends to provide insights, support decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate reporting and fleet management systems that enable effective planning, forecasting and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Your attributes
- Experience in a sales support, fleet, logistics or operational coordination role.
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- An understanding of sales operations from a customer, dealer or OEM perspective is advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
