Lead our warehouse teams and keep our operations moving!

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing transport and logistics operation.

This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, handled and dispatched safely and efficiently.

You will lead a team, maintain high warehouse standards and work closely with our Transport and Operations teams to ensure our customers receive a reliable and professional service.

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse team and activities
- Allocate daily tasks and ensuring priorities are met
- Coordinate receivals, dispatch, loading, unloading and stock movements
- Ensure freight is handled, stored and secured correctly
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Monitor warehouse productivity, housekeeping and presentation
- Ensure forklifts, equipment and warehouse areas are used safely
- Support and enforce WHS procedures and company policies
- Conduct toolbox talks, team meetings and regular performance discussions
- Train, coach and support warehouse employees
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Customer Service and Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Investigate and address discrepancies, damages and operational issues
- Ensure all documentation and systems are completed accurately
- Lead by example and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture

About you

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident leading a team.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
- Experience within transport, logistics, distribution or warehousing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control
- A current forklift licence and practical forklift experience




- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Good computer and warehouse management system skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved on the warehouse floor
