The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of an established portfolio across Victoria and drive further growth through trusted relationships with commercial finance brokers.

You’ll report to the relevant sales leader and work closely with credit, operations and customer-facing teams to deliver strong outcomes. Success will mean growing settlements, strengthening broker partnerships and building a high-performing territory.

- Grow relationships across an established broker network
- Identify and onboard current broker partners
- Drive asset finance settlements and portfolio growth
- Deliver responsive support and tailored finance solutions
- Represent Selfco at industry and networking events

What You'll Bring

- Proven business development experience in asset finance
- Established relationships within the broker channel
- Strong commercial acumen and sales capability
- Proactive, results-focused approach




- Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills

Transferable experience in commercial lending, equipment finance or relationship-led sales will also be considered where it demonstrates strong business development capability.
