Australian Venue Co. is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead The Boatshed, a premium dining experience at the Regatta Hotel in Brisbane. You will own day-to-day operations, lead the front-of-house team, and partner with kitchen leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences.
