Job Description

Explorepotential is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to manage payroll, financial administration and month-end processes within a not-for-profit context. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and emphasizes accuracy, ownership and continuous improvement.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, financial reporting, BAS and compliance, while supporting budgeting and external audits in a team-oriented environment.
